Quantitative and qualitative research approaches are two very different types research design approaches with distinguished characteristics. According to Glasofer & Townsend (2021), qualitative research design is concerned with the information related to human behavior, on the other hand, quantitative research methodology is more focused on the range of information which is done through discovering social phenomenon and a measurable reality. Moreover, while in case of qualitative research observing participant’s activities provide insight to the research process, the quantitative research methodology is more concerned with the surveying research related information from an array of participants.
